Natural Living Source Educational Events & Classes
1) These NLS classes have been developed an economical resource for you, your family and friends at local non-profit centers and farms around San Diego. Learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle one class at a time, just scroll down to view what we have to offer on the calendar.
2) Contact NLS to custom create a class of your choice in the comfort of your home (or other neighborhood location) at a time that fits your busy schedule. For an additional $10 per person NLS includes a healthy snack and beverage with recipes and demonstration.
- Based on the topic of the specific class, each seminar is taught by a NLS expert or NLS certified coach and includes learning lecture time, a hands on project and all materials.
- Classes range from 1-3 hours
- $10 per hour per person unless otherwise listed
- Bring your own snack and drinks

Natural Living Source Lifestyle Coaching Series
Learn how to create & live a Toxin-Free-Lifestyle NOW! Gather your Friends, Family & Community to plan your own 3, 6, or 9 week program. We ask that you have a minimum of 10 committed attendees in order to schedule a series, and up to 30 persons. Children over the age of 6 may attend.
This fun & informative series includes Natural Lifestyle Skills training in: Domestic Detox, Personal Care, Healthy Eating Made EZ, Pet Care, Truth About Water, Breathing for Life, Yoga, Meditation & much more.
- Class will meet once a week for about two hours (depends on Q&A session)
- Includes all materials, projects, and Recipes for food-skin-household-pet products.
- Snacks, beverages and field trips are available at a slightly higher rate.
- $133 Per person – for each 3-week course, 2-hour class (without food, beverages & adventures)
- $ 333 Per person – for each 3-week course, 3-hour class – WITH Food, Beverages & Adventures!!
**Co-op Garden Planning is available for Neighborhood, Community & Individuals who want to learn self-sustainability and have control over the quality of their food.

In this series, students will experience discussion and hands-on education of:
• Gardening
• Self-Sustainability
• Natural Pet Care
• & Nutritional Healing (by request!)
Each weekly class includes interactive lecture and a deliciously healthy mini-cooking instruction, complete with recipes and worksheets for you to take home and apply your new knowledge to your lifestyle immediately! Plus everyone will get a review of NLS 101 ~ The Domestic Detox

Ladies Retreat
